Our rising 4 Site Security stars... Bakar Shah – from Controller to Operations Coordinator

There’s more movement in our control room as Bakar Shah now becomes the Operations Coordinator. Bakar’s experience as a security officer and working for 4 Site Security as a controller for around one year made him perfectly placed to take on his new role. “I’m proud to be taking on more responsibility and to take on new challenges,” says Bakar. “I’m more hands on now and taking independent decisions. One of my priorities is to support happy security officers who are motivated to make our clients happy too. At the moment, I’m busy with Christmas and New Year, getting ahead of client and holiday requests and planning rosters. It’s absolutely essential to build on solid foundations and to plan ahead so that all eventualities are considered and covered.”

Not only is Bakar pleased with his professional progress, he’s also happy that his new job supports his quality of life. His little daughter has started school and now he can plan his time around his career and family.”
